Conditions of transport

Dear guests,

we have now been offering rafting and canyoning trips for over 10 years. We always try to conduct our trips as safe as possible in order to allow fantastic experiences around the water, and we always try to accommodate the wishes from our guest.

Mostly we are being asked about our cancellation policy. Therefore please find below an extract from above text. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions!

 

Cancellations need to be done in writing – either by email or post. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the trip you also need to inform us by telephone during normal office hours.

If you cancel your complete booking we reserve the right to charge you:

• up to 28 day before the booked trip: CHF 40
• 27 to 10 days before the booked trip: 30% of the price of the arrangement
• 9 to 2 days before the booked trip: 75% of the price of the arrangement
• Afterwards: 100% of the price of the arrangement

 

If you only cancel a part of your booking or reduce the number of participants we reserve the right to charge you (per cancelled person/service):

• up to 10 days before the trip: no costs
• 9 to 2 days: 75%
• 1 or less days: 100%
