A fantastic day full of canyoning – two in one!
An absolutely fantastic day for all canyoning fans: First our ever favourite Boggera tour with a gorge that starts easy and then increases in difficulty to a medium level, all the while impressing with its beauty and wonderful views.
After a sandwich lunch we then embark onto the second tour to Pontirone. Well prepared from mastering the morning trip, we here conquer a technical and very varied gorge – one of the most beautiful gorges of Ticino due to its crystal clear water and mind blowing landscape. Includes the highlight of the day: an abseil through a 40m water fall!

Level:
Boggera: easy to intermediate (jumps up to 10 m, slides up to 10 m, abseils up to 17 m)
Pontirone: sporty (jumps up to 10-11 m, some slides up to 8 m, abseils up to 40 m)
Access time: Boggera: approx. 30 min & Pontirone: approx. 40 min

Trip procedure:
Our guides welcome you at our base where you receive detailed information about the trip as well as your equipment. After a short walk we reach the bottom of the canyon where we can start our ascent. After the safety talk as well as comprehensive instructions you are ready to enter the canyon. During your tour you will negotiate one of Ticino’s most beautiful gorges: (optional) jumps and slides up to ten metres high, beautiful abseil sections and crystal clear pools to swim through – time to enjoy a world-class natural playground!
Back at the base we will have a rest and a well-earned sandwich lunch in typical Ticino style. Then we are ready to tackle the next gorge! We drive to Pontirone where we start the walk to the entry of the gorge. Your trip will lead you through a cave-like canyon! A good level of fitness and canyoning and/or abseil experience are definitely of advantage in order to fully enjoy this gorge.
After the trip the guides will prepare a Happy Landing Apero with snacks and drinks – a perfect end to a great experience.
