The Rhine Gorge below Flims, also called Ruinaulta, offers great but easy white water in a stunning natural environment. The Vorderrhein offers sections of varying levels of difficulty so kayak novices can have their first go at paddling here. We have chosen one of the most beautiful sections for our funyak full-day trips: Funyaks are inflatable kayaks which you steer with a double-blade paddle. The boats are unsinkable and quite stable and therefore great fun for adventurous friends of water activities. Our guides will accompany you in their own kayaks and offer help and advice along the way. On the day trip we have plenty of time to practice and enjoy mastering the boats.
On the full-day trip we have plenty of time to learn and practicse the handling of the boats and to “play” in the waves and eddies of the river. A great introduction to white water kayaking!
Our funyak trips are small and intimate with generally no more than 12 participants (we might accommodate larger groups on certain dates).
You do not have a full day available? Want less action? In that case our funyak half-day trip would be the right choice for you.
