Canyoning for groups and school classes
Canyoning – the unforgettable group experience
Canyoning for groups, school classes and team events! Experience the ultimate adventure with your friends and colleagues on one of our canyoning tours – water fun in the breathtaking nature of the Swiss gorges.
Canyoning – a very special water adventure, a tour along glittering waterfalls and crystal-clear rock pools. We look for the most beautiful playgrounds in nature and slide down rock slides, abseil along waterfalls, swim through pools and jump (often optional) from the rocks into the water.
Whether families, birthday parties, friends, stag or hen parties, clubs or companies – everyone gets their money’s worth with us! Experience an unforgettable time full of adrenaline and fun with your friends, colleagues or family members, always accompanied by our professional guides. We have various gorges to choose from and will be happy to advise you on the choice of tour, but the following gorges are particularly suitable for groups:
| Canyoning Boggera | Canyoning Val Grande | Canyoning Iragna | Canyoning Vira |

Good to know
No experience necessary. Most of our guests are canyoning “newbies”, especially for company events and school trips. We therefore take plenty of time for instruction and guidance – so that nobody feels overwhelmed. This is another reason why the times in our tour descriptions are always approximate – depending on fitness, adventurousness and, above all, group size, a tour can take very different lengths of time.
The equipment is provided. We provide you with full equipment – including wetsuits, neoprene socks, canyoning shoes (exception: Canyoning Amden), helmet and technical equipment depending on the gorge. You only need swimwear (as hygiene protection for under the wetsuit) and a towel. (In an emergency, a spare set of underwear will also do).
Nobody has to jump. For many, jumping into the clear water of the pools is the highlight of the tour. But not everyone likes to jump. And so you can abseil down or bypass pretty much all the jumps, especially in the easier gorges. When abseiling, you have control over how fast you are travelling – so nothing stands in the way of a controlled descent towards the water. However: you should be able to jump 2-3 metres into the water – otherwise the tour can quickly become frustrating.
Not just for the sporty. Canyoning is not an extreme sport – at least not in the gorges that we recommend for company events, group experiences and school trips. Instead, it’s fun and games in the water – professionally equipped and guided. So you don’t need to be particularly fit or sporty. All you need to do is master the approach, which varies in length depending on the tour (in most cases uphill on hiking trails). You should therefore be reasonably sure-footed – and enjoy the water. But: a little spirit of adventure certainly can’t hurt.
Also great fun in bad weather. Sure – first and foremost you think of bright sunshine. But – you will get wet when canyoning anyway, and not just too little. That’s why canyoning is a great experience even in bad weather; in our opinion, more so than hiking, for example. Wrapped up in the warming wetsuits, the weather becomes secondary. But it’s quite clear: high water would be a safety risk, so we can’t go into the canyon – regardless of whether the sun is shining at the time or not. In this case we would cancel the tour and you have the choice of rescheduling or getting your money back.
